~Sweet Brindee~

You've gone to meet 'Our Jenny'.
You two should get along.
You both gave love so tenderly;
You filled our lives with song.

We got to say Good-Bye to you,
Even though it broke our hearts.
It tore us up so much inside;
We totally fell apart.

Unable to mend your boo-boo's,
You got sicker by the day.
We did all we could think of;
Your health just slipped away.

"Mommy; Daddy; I feel so sick.
My life is no more fun."
And so we chose the best for you.
Your life with us is done.

You're now a healthy, lively pup,
Just waiting for the day.
When Mom and Dad can cross that bridge;
It's "The Rainbow Bridge", you say.
